Please read the refund policy carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer/client, with respect to any purchase or service we provide to you.
We take pride in the services delivered by us and guarantee your satisfaction with our services and support. We constantly improve and strive to deliver the best accounting, financial or secretarial services through the internet. We make every effort to provide the service to you as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each service or product purchased by you from FileFunda, however if, due to any reason, we are unable to provide to you the service or product you purchased from us or you are not satisfied with our services then you shall be entitled to a refund which shall be subject to our refund and cancellation policy, in this case contact us immediately and we will correct the situation, provide a refund or offer credit that can be used for future FileFunda orders.
When any payment of fee is made to FileFunda, the fees paid in advance is retained by FileFunda in a client account. FileFunda will earn the fees upon working on a client’s matter. During an engagement, FileFunda earns fee at different rates and different times depending on the completion of various milestones (e.g. providing client portal access, assigning relationship officer, obtaining DSC, obtaining DIN, filing of form etc.,). Refund cannot be provided for earned fee because resources and man hours spent on delivering the service are non-returnable in nature. Further, we can’t refund or credit any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order. FileFunda shall not be liable to pay interest on refundable fee under any circumstances and refund only the fee amount paid by the client.
In the event of a order for service which you may have placed with us in any format and that you have not availed any advisory or consulting from our specialists, employees, associates or agents then in that case only you are eligible to seek cancellation of the service order and may be further eligible for refund subject to you being qualified as such to seek refund based on our refund policy.
Our Support Service team will contact you within 2 business working days regarding the cause of cancellation, confirmation and deduction on cancellation of service. We will return your money within 5 business days from the request for the Cancellation was received and thereafter approved from our end. In case the client has not been responsive for over two months, the order will be considered null and void and will not be considered for a refund.
Please note that there will be deduction(s) as per our refund policy. The refund will be processed directly in your Bank account that was used to make the payment or in case a specific request for refund by way of cheque is received the FileFunda shall be taking the final decision whether to accept such request.
Refund Request Procedure
Refund request can be initiated through Client Portal Platform after signing in. To request a refund, please request a refund to the relevant engagement officer. All refund requests must be made within 60 days of purchase. Refund request over 60 days will not be accepted and only credit will be provided for change of service. We will complete processing your refund request within 5 to 7 days of receiving all the information required for processing refund like reason for refund, bank details for processing request, etc.
Change of Service
If you want to change the service you ordered for a different one, you must request this change of service within 24 hours of purchase. The purchase price of the original service, less any earned fee and money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order, will be credited to your FileFunda account. You can use the balance credit for any other FileFunda service.
Standard Pricing Policy
FileFunda has a standard pricing policy wherein no additional service fee is requested under any circumstance. However, the standard pricing policy is not applicable for an increase in the total fee paid by the client to FileFunda due to increase in government fee or fee incurred by the client for completion of legal documentation or re-filing of forms with the government due to rejection or resubmission. FileFunda is not responsible or liable for any other cost incurred by the client related to the completion of the service.
Before processing any refund, FileFunda reserve the right to make best effort to complete the service. In case, you are not satisfied with the service, earned professional fee + fee paid to government would be applicable. In case of change of service, the cancellation fee would not be applicable.
